How to Access and Navigate the FlexPath Portal
This article provides step-by-step guidance for logging into the FlexPath Portal, navigating the main dashboard, managing leads, and administering user access — so your team can confidently operate the platform from day one.
Overview
The FlexPath Portal is your central hub for viewing and managing VeriQual™ leads, configuring account settings, and controlling user access. This guide walks through how to log in, navigate the dashboard, work with lead data, and manage your team's portal permissions.
Before getting started, ensure that you have been granted portal access by FlexPath Support or your account administrator. If you need assistance, contact support@flexpathdxp.com.
Logging Into the FlexPath Portal
FlexPath uses secure, email-based authentication — no username or password is required.
- Navigate to the FlexPath Portal login page.
- Enter the email address associated with your user account.
- Check your inbox for a secure access link delivered by email.
- Click the link to access the portal.
Tip: If you are using a personal or trusted device, select "Trust this device for 30 days" during login to bypass email verification on future visits from that device.
Navigating the FlexPath Dashboard
Once logged in, you will land on the main dashboard. The left-hand navigation panel provides access to the following sections:
- Account – Account-level settings and configuration
- Leads – View and manage all FlexPath leads
- Users – Manage team members and access permissions (admin permissions required)
- Help – Best practices and support resources
Account Settings
If you make changes while logged in — such as updates to permissions or lead delivery settings — you must select Refresh Account Settings for those changes to take effect immediately. Otherwise, updates will be applied the next time you log in.
Managing Leads
Viewing Lead Information
Under the Leads menu, you will find:
- Lead List and Details – A detailed, itemized view of all incoming leads
- Report: Lead Types – A breakdown of leads by category
- Test Lead Info – Credentials for submitting test leads without triggering credit pulls or fees
Important: Before viewing leads or reports, confirm the correct account is selected. Dealer Groups will see data aggregated at the group level. Individual rooftops should select their specific location under the Dealer section.
Filtering Leads
Use the filter options to narrow your lead view:
- Choose whether to review Newly Created or Last Updated leads.
- Select a relevant date range.
- Select Get / Refresh Data to generate the updated list.
Tip: Filter out test leads to ensure reporting reflects only real customer activity.
Leads List
After refreshing data, the portal generates a detailed list of leads. Each entry includes:
- Prospect Name
- Lead Type
- Initial Send Date – When the lead was first delivered to your CRM
- Last Updated – Reflects any post-submission activity
Lead Content
Depending on shopper activity and user permissions, each FlexPath lead may include:
- Customer Information – Details provided by the shopper during their session
- Eligibility Score – A truncated version of the shopper's FICO score
- Full Credit Profile – A link to the complete credit profile for authorized users (soft pull data is visible only to users with credit bureau access permissions)
- Most Important Recent Interaction – The key action that defines the lead's category
- Latest Activity – The most recent action taken by the shopper, which may differ from the defining interaction
- Activity Source Information – Details on where the lead originated, including CTA type and placement
Lead Updates and Post-Submission Activity
If a shopper returns and continues engaging after their initial submission, an updated lead will automatically be sent to your CRM to reflect the most recent activity. Note that there is a five-minute hold period to allow for continued engagement. Updates triggered by end-of-funnel CTAs — such as calls, texts, or requests for directions — are sent immediately.
Lead Engagement Report
The Lead Engagement Report provides a high-level snapshot of lead volume and engagement by lead type, helping your team understand shopper behavior at a glance.
Test Lead Info
The Test Lead Info section provides credentials you can use to submit test leads. Using test data prevents real customer submissions and avoids triggering credit pulls or associated fees.
User Management
Creating and Managing Users
Administrators can create and manage user accounts and permissions directly within the portal. To add a new user:
- Log in to the FlexPath Portal.
- Navigate to the Users tab.
- Select Create New and enter the following details:
- Name
- Phone number
- Profile restrictions and permissions
Important: Users must be explicitly granted permission to view soft pull data. Regularly review user access to ensure only active team members can view lead information.
Lead Detail Viewing Privileges
Access to lead data is tiered based on assigned permissions. The following levels are available:
| Permission Level | Data Access |
|---|---|
| Full Credit Bureau Data | Access to all available lead details, including full credit bureau data. Includes all data available at lower permission levels. |
| Consumer PII | Access to consumer personal information, qualification score, and complete prequalified financing details, including interest rates. Does not include full credit bureau data. |
| General Lead Information | Access to city, state, ZIP, qualification score, and limited financing details (financing type, term, credit tier). Does not include consumer PII or full credit bureau data. |
| Lead Reporting & Summary Data | Access to aggregated reports, charts, and summary data only. Individual lead details are not included. |
Administrative Privileges
- Dealer Groups – Can manage users for Dealer Groups and associated Dealer Rooftops.
- Dealer Rooftops – Can manage users for their specific rooftop only.
