Integration & Credentialing Requirements for FlexPath DXP
A complete reference for clients and the FlexPath setup and sales team covering the onboarding workflow, credit provider credentialing, CRM and web integration requirements, portal access setup, and best practices for a successful go-live.
Overview
FlexPath DXP VeriQual™ is an identity-first pre-qualification platform that transforms dealer websites into verified-credit shopping experiences — connecting identity-verified shoppers to real vehicles, real lenders, and real payments directly within the SRP and VDP flow. Before the platform can go live, a structured onboarding process must be completed, covering contracting, setup documentation, credit provider credentialing, web integration, CRM configuration, and portal access provisioning.
Average time to launch: 5–7 business days — once all required setup items have been received. Missing or incomplete information will delay the go-live date.
Onboarding Workflow at a Glance
The standard onboarding sequence follows five steps:
- Contract — Signed dealer agreement must be in place before onboarding can begin.
- Setup Form — A completed Setup Intake Form is required. The client's understanding of subscription pricing and the per-lead VeriQual™ surcharge must be confirmed at this stage.
- Integration Prep — Web integration requirements and CRM configuration details are gathered.
- Web + Credit Setup — Website integration is implemented and credit provider credentialing is finalized.
- Launch — FlexPath activates the account once all inputs are complete and verified.
Onboarding Accountability
Successful onboarding depends on each party fulfilling their responsibilities on time:
- Partner / Agent / Reseller — Owns dealer responsiveness and document collection. Delays in dealer response directly delay go-live and partner commissions.
- Dealer — Owns timely completion of setup documentation and credentialing requirements.
- FlexPath DXP — Owns implementation and activation once all required inputs are received.
Upon contract signing, a Welcome Email is sent to the dealer outlining the next steps and all required action items.
Credit Provider Credentialing Requirements
FlexPath uses a soft-pull credit inquiry as part of the VeriQual™ identity verification and prequalification process. The soft pull does not impact the consumer's credit score and prevents trigger leads. Dealers must complete credentialing through their selected credit provider before the credit component can be activated.
The $0.43 VeriQual™ per-lead surcharge applies regardless of which credit provider is selected, and only when a lead successfully completes the VeriQual™ match.
700 Credit — Credentialing Requirements
Dealers must complete the appropriate DocuSign based on their current status with 700 Credit:
- New 700 Credit Client: Complete the New 700 Credit Client DocuSign.
- Existing 700 Credit Client: Complete the Existing 700 Credit Client DocuSign.
The following information must be provided to finalize the agreement:
- Accounts Payable Contact: Name, email address, and phone number
- Dealer License: State and license number
Agility Credit — Credentialing Requirements
Dealers must complete the appropriate DocuSign based on their current status with Agility Credit:
- New Agility Credit Client: Complete the Agility Credit New Client DocuSign.
- Existing Agility Credit Client: Complete the Existing Agility Credit Client DocuSign.
The following information must be provided to finalize the agreement:
- Accounts Payable Contact: Name, email address, and phone number
- Dealer License: State and license number
Alternative Credit Vendors
If a dealer prefers to use a different existing soft-pull credit vendor, FlexPath can coordinate a setup call with that vendor. API documentation from the vendor will be required so the integration can be properly scoped. Once the review is complete, FlexPath will define the work required and provide a timeline based on the current implementation schedule. Providing the vendor's API integration guide in advance allows the FlexPath team to begin the review and scoping process immediately.
Integration Setup Requirements
The following integration components must be configured before launch:
CRM Lead Source Setup
- FlexPath must be configured as a lead source in the dealer's CRM.
- Leads are delivered from leads@adf.flexpathdxp.com.
- ADF leads use the provider ID FPDXP.
- Periodically reconcile lead counts to ensure accuracy. Note that CRMs often source leads based on the original engagement date, which may create what appear to be duplicate entries — FlexPath leads contain more detailed engagement and qualification data to support downstream follow-up.
Web Integration
- Web Integration Approval Steps must be completed as part of the onboarding process.
- All FlexPath modules (GPQ, SVP, SBP) integrate seamlessly with the dealer's existing website, advertising channels, and lead workflows.
- To maintain a clean user experience, overlapping tools on the dealer website should be streamlined and redundant calls to action avoided.
Additional Setup Components
- Credit Setup Instructions — Confirms credit provider connection and configuration.
- Payment Quoting Configuration — Sets up dynamic lender matching and payment display logic.
- Dashboard Access Provisioning — FlexPath Portal user accounts are created and access levels assigned.
- Analytics & Reporting Setup — GA4 mapping and UTM parameter configuration for consistent attribution and reporting across campaigns.
FlexPath Portal Access and Credentialing
The FlexPath Portal provides dealers and authorized team members with access to lead management, reporting, and account settings. Portal access must be provisioned before go-live.
Login and Authentication
The FlexPath Portal uses secure, email-based authentication — no usernames or passwords are required.
- Each user account is linked to an individual email address.
- At login, the user receives a secure access link by email.
- Selecting "Trust this device for 30 days" on a personal or trusted device skips verification on future visits from that device.
Creating Users and Assigning Access Levels
- Log in to the FlexPath Portal.
- Navigate to the Users tab.
- Select Create New and enter: Name, Email, Phone, and Profile restrictions and permissions.
Important: Users must be explicitly granted permission to view soft pull data. Regularly review user access to ensure only active team members can view lead information.
Lead Detail Viewing Privileges
User access to lead data is tiered based on assigned permissions:
| Access Level | Data Available |
|---|---|
| Full Credit Bureau Data | All available lead details, including full credit bureau data, consumer PII, qualification scores, and financing details. |
| Consumer PII | Consumer personal information, qualification score, and complete prequalified financing details including interest rates. Does not include full credit bureau data. |
| General Lead Information | City, state, ZIP, qualification score, and limited financing details (type, term, credit tier). Does not include consumer PII or full credit bureau data. |
| Lead Reporting & Summary Data | Aggregated reports, charts, and summary data only. No individual lead details. |
Administrative Privileges
- Dealer Groups: May manage users for the Dealer Group and all associated Rooftops.
- Dealer Rooftops: May manage users for their specific Rooftop only.
Integration Best Practices
- Ensure all relevant team members have active portal logins with appropriate access levels before launch.
- Confirm team members understand VeriQual™ data points and how to use them with credit-qualified leads.
- Expand FlexPath reach across multiple channels, including QR-enabled prequalification, direct mail campaigns, in-store promotions, and on-the-lot interactions.
- Regularly review and update CRM autoresponders, campaigns, and marketing templates to reflect FlexPath lead sourcing.
- Use the Test Lead Info section in the portal to submit test leads — this prevents real customer submissions and avoids triggering credit pulls or associated fees.
- After making changes in the portal (such as permission or lead delivery updates), select Refresh Account Settings for changes to take effect immediately.
Summary
A complete and timely integration setup is essential for a successful FlexPath DXP go-live. The process requires a signed contract, a completed setup form, credit provider credentialing via the appropriate DocuSign, CRM lead source configuration, web integration approval, portal user provisioning, and analytics setup. With all inputs in place, most accounts are activated within 5–7 business days. For questions or support, contact the FlexPath team at support@flexpathdxp.com.
